About the Role

Elastisys is expanding and we are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive with a strong “everything is possible” mindset and a proven track record in enterprise and partner-driven technology sales.

You will play a key role in accelerating the growth of Welkin by Elastisys, the application platform for software critical to society.

This is not a maintenance role — it is a growth role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving large software license, SaaS, and managed services deals
  • Breaking new ground in regulated and security-sensitive industries
  • Expanding enterprise accounts
  • Building scalable partner-driven revenue
  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities

We are looking for a structured, driven, and self-motivated sales professional, who is comfortable performing in complex enterprise environments. You are confident in engaging C-level executives and senior technical stakeholders. You get energized by building something long-term and scalable, and highly motivated by growth. And you are passionate about working at the cutting edge of technology and continuously learning.

This role may be subject to security clearance.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent working experience
  • 7+ years of experience in technology sales
  • Professional level fluency in Swedish and English 
  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS, cloud-native platforms, DevSecOps, or infrastructure software
  • Proven success in both direct and two-tier/channel sales models
  • Experience negotiating enterprise and partner contracts
  • Strong understanding of subscription and consumption-based business models
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, scaling organization
  • Willingness to travel when required
