Solution Architect

Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer dialogue, and do you want to play a key role in shaping solutions that truly make a difference? As a Solutions Architect at Elastisys, you will work closely with both customers and our internal teams, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

About the role In this role, you sit at the intersection of customer, product, and engineering.  You’ll be a technical partner in our sales processes. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of customer interactions, ensuring that we design and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. Furthermore, you will ensure that the solution architect deliverables are of high quality and well defined and continuously improve our solution architecture processes and ways of working. You'll work closely with our delivery, product, and engineering teams to make sure what we propose is what we build, and over time become a trusted advisor that customers turn to whenever they're scaling or rethinking their setup.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who combines deep technical competence with strong communication skills. You thrive in customer-facing roles, have a solution-oriented mindset, and are motivated by being part of building long-term business relationships. To succeed in this role, you likely have proven experience in solution architecture along with extensive knowledge within the cloud native industry. You hold a academic degree in cloud computing or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience working with public clouds and cloud native technologies. Familiarity with the Elastisys technology stack is a plus, as is the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and engagingly.
