Solution Architect
Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer dialogue, and do you want to play a key role in winning and developing new business? As a Solutions Architect at Elastisys, you will work closely with both customers and our sales team – bridging business needs with technical solutions.
About the role
In this role, you will be central to our sales processes. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of customer interactions, ensuring that we design and deliver solutions that truly make a difference. You will work side by side with our sales executives throughout the full process – from first meeting to running workloads in production.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key technical resource in sales projects, from initial contact to onboarded customer.
- Designing and presenting solutions that address customer requirements.
- Ensuring that solution architect deliverables are of high quality and well defined.
- Continuously improving our solution architecture processes and ways of working.
- Driving collaboration across sales, product, engineering, and partner teams.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who combines deep technical competence with strong communication skills. You thrive in customer-facing roles, have a solution-oriented mindset, and are motivated by being part of building long-term business relationships.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
- Proven experience in pre-sales and solution architecture.
- Extensive knowledge within the cloud native industry.
- A Master’s degree in cloud computing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience working with public clouds and cloud native technologies.
- Familiarity with the Elastisys technology stack.
- The ability to explain complex solutions clearly and engagingly.
